Mixed-Use // Beit Shemesh City Center
A Complex consisting of several residential buildings with commercial ground floors facing the urban street and place of the heretic quarter of Ramat Beit-Shemesh.
Using a natural local stone coating as well as traditional architectural elements; the design creates a solid facade around a public spaces. The apartments are faced to the dramatic scenery of Judea Mountains, which are generating the facade's design.
The plan's design is based on the site's natural slopes.
